We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The Administrative Support will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our firm by providing administrative and clerical support to our team and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for executives
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between team members and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Maintain electronic and physical records and files
- Assist with event coordination and travel arrangements
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Other duties as assigned by executives and managers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
